Kabutar Ud — Pigeon Fly! ("the App") is developed by InnovPK ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Children's Privacy

Our App is designed to be suitable for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google Play's Families Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account creation, login, or any personally identifiable information to use.

Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect any of the following:

Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
Location data
Photos, videos, or audio
Contacts or calendar data
Financial or payment information

Information Stored Locally

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

Player nicknames and avatars — chosen by the user for display purposes within the game
Game scores and statistics — including high scores and best reaction times
User preferences — language, voice, and speed settings

This data is stored using the device's local storage (SharedPreferences) and is never transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Online Multiplayer

The App offers an online multiplayer mode that uses Firebase Realtime Database. When you create or join a game room, the following information is temporarily stored on Firebase servers:

A display name (chosen by the user, not verified)
Game room codes
Game scores during the session

This data is transient and associated with temporary game sessions. No persistent user accounts or profiles are created. Game room data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
App interaction data (ad views and clicks)
Diagnostic and performance data

All ad requests are configured with child-directed treatment enabled (tagForChildDirectedTreatment) and limited to General (G) rated content. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Play In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. This transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Firebase Realtime Database

Used solely for online multiplayer game sessions as described above. See Firebase Privacy for more details.

Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ($0.99) to remove all advertisements. When purchased, no ad-related data is collected or shared. All purchase transactions are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is typically no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. Local game data can be deleted by:

Clearing the App's data in your device settings
Uninstalling the App

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
